Very good strength, the only thing I don't like is that you don't sit back, thus you use your quads more and put more tension on your knees. But at the same time you protect your back by having it very upright the whole time. Personnally I prefer to use my posterior chain more.
@MaxThonder Back and front squats are far superior to the Zercher squat, though it does make for some good variety now and again.

It's a Zercher squat, not a front squat. The Zercher has a different training effect than the front squat. Look it up online.

Now that is very good but why not grip it when your front squatting it and rest it on your shoulders or peks
