My E-Commerce Professor speaking.... english?

This is an audio clip of my E-Commerce Professor speaking during an online seminar. I go to an all-online university and this is the method of teaching they use. Now.. I've had professors who have chosen not to use the audio feature and used Power Point's and typing instead. I would prefer that over trying to decipher this language.

PLEASE understand that I am NOT making fun of this accent or claiming that he isn't a good teacher because of it. The point of making this video is simple. To show that I am right in saying he needs to use power point presentations and typing instead of talking.. or at least a combination of the three! Comment if you agree.
