i am black and i hate affrmative action...It is deeply unfair and it hurts race relations.

but why? Most blacks of any ability are given a pass in school, a pass on getting a job and put into positions of power or responsibility. They hate white people and American Society, though they owe everything in their lives to them. People like Van Jones, Eric Holder etc. will die thiinking that they're superior to white men, when they obviously aren't. I believe in my heart that all black men and women are racist, I'm just waiting for the reverse KKK to start.

@MyTotalRemedy I'd like very much to believe so. My best friend growing up was black, he probably saved my life, but I've never known another black man like him. All of the 'role models' for our kids today in the black community are vile, hate spewing intolerant poverty pimpls like jesse jackson, al sharpton, louis farrakhan, eric holder, barrack obama, any hip hop artist you can name.  I was brought up in a mixed heritage home, it does work, but not with blacks apparently.

But, if you are a white person who prefers your own race, then you are racist and should feel ashamed.
