Kaki King - Montreal ...in Montreal (on drums!)

This video was recorded at Kaki's show in Montreal (coincidence?) in October '06. It is now a song on her new studio album "Dreaming of Revenge" which came out March 11th 2008.

I'm pretty sure this was all cause of me.

Update:

On April 3rd 2008 at her return Montreal show, Kaki King admitted it was indeed all cause of me. Here are some interesting facts:

1) Dave Grohl has seen this video
2) Dave Grohl quote, "obsessed", over this video
3) Dave Grohl met Kaki King because of this video
4) I'm the reason Kaki King met Dave Grohl
5) She high fived me for this very reason

and finally

6) Kaki King said she'd give me a kiss on the cheek for making her famous, but never did.

therefore:

7) Kaki King owes me a kiss.

Kaki, if you read this, please hold up your end of the bargain and make with the kissy kissy. Feel free to leave a youtube message on how we can arrange the time & place. You can wine&dine me too, if you'd like. After all, I only completely changed your life and made you famous.

For some reason parts of this song and some of her other music reminds me of music by Bo Hanson from the 1970's, like " magician's hat" and 'music inspired by Lord of the Rings'. Both of which you can still find on Youtibe. Anyone else get this vibe?'

@stackingpain she uses the boss rc50xl or whatever, the big boss one. it's the one with the multiple buttons for multiple phrases. pretty cool, but has long-term midi synch issues that I don't know if they fixed. if that's been patched in the firmware, it's an amazing pedal.
