@flickansomlevde You are joking... Right? Please... Oh please I'm not being mean I just have to say if you're that tall and you weight that much and this is a serious question then NO. You do not need to lose weight. All women who have hit puberty have a bit of a stomach. You do not need to lose weight. NO.

good im glad that fat cunt is finally getting her shit together

I'm 6", weigh 225 pounds and pinch 3/4 of an inch. By the caliper test I'm "ideal" for a man my age,but by the "body mass" ratio standard I'm very obese.
I think almost everyone's self esteem would go up overnight if we went back to this...after all who had body dismorphia issues in the 70's? (you have to pinch in the right place for an accurate reading and the women in the ad does not)

I have a Special K GRAB!

I thought pinch an inch was a trick my sister learned in dance class. I guess she learned it on a Special K commercial???

Yes, and I know uneducated fat slobs who are too lazy to take care of themselves with proper nutrition and exercise would rather sit on their fat asses and mock educated opinions and real world stats, pretending they mean nothing. If living in denial of being a pig makes you happy, stick too it, and if you have any friends, they'll see you in your grave with your diabetes and heart disease.
-
did you know 70% of people pull statistics out of their ass at any given time to prove their dumb, uneducated opinions?
-
ya man, I'm skinny as fuck and I can still pinch more than an inch, they need more specific directions. Though maybe it was a preemptive attack on obesity, trying to get everyone healthy before the crisis we now have on our hands.

"i bet i know what your'e having for breakfast! (laughs, quickly and fearfully trails off)

If that commercial was made today she'd be pinching him somewhere else...and they'd be SHACKING UP!!! >:(
"uh oh" "You can't pinch an inch on me" What a misleading ad. though. I mean who can't pich an inch?
