Dragon Quest V 102: Quest for the Royal Cloak

Our first foray into this final key dungeon. The Royal Cloak is somewhere in here I believe. The monsters are tough, but if you cover those tiles with stone blocks, all of the monsters disappear. I don't know if I should run through it, or if I should take my time to cover the tiles. I want to finish as quickly as possible, but I am not prepared for a Moon Face casting Chance and erasing all of our MP. I only have one Elven Medicine after all. I decide to get more after this. Elven Medicine should come in handy.

Why are the monsters tough

They have a lot of defense, and they have a multitude of offensive and defensive spells that are making the trip quite hard for me. Take the Moon Face for example. It can cast Chance, a spell that could tip the balance in either direction.

The bottom-line is that these enemies are much more effective when it comes to dispatching us heroes. Also, I don't take the wagon in here, so I have no backup.

Apparently, the wagon won't fit in this dungeon. It seemed to do well with stairs and all of that. I guess it must be something with the Final Key Door.
