  • just an idea: we have drivers' licenses...

    sex licenses?

    PARENTING licenses?

the world would become more government-controlled in a certain way if it was completely like that, which im not saying id be for. but theres kind of a spectrum in which freedom for things is determined by individual licenses on one end, and demographic generalizations on the other. i wouldnt just assume that the way we have it now is the best possible perfect way, though it could be much worse

  • wow. not just the law but the world health organization. oh my goodness. so what youre saying is, you do all this research on how society 'defines' things, and in turn let your own interpretations of the world be defined by that just the same way? or are you just speaking about what the "technical definition by outside generalizations that create labels/statistics" is

  • Not just a legal perspective, according to the World Health Organization, an adolescent that lusts after prepubescents can be defined as a pedophile.

  • if you look at it from a legal perspective.

  • Apparently you accepted her jacking you off, she is a prepubescent girl and you are 6 years older than her. Technically that is pedophilia.

  • You're making no sense whatsoever, go ahead and fall behind the "i'm high" excuse. We're discussing why adults shouldn't have sex with kids, I have no problem with kids having sex with other kids.

You can't just have every case hearing decide "well this kid can have sex and this kid can't", the law doesn't see that way, it sets preferences for citizens to abide for maximum safety.

You utterly fail at refuting and recognizing my points.

  • technically, the ones that can should still be able to,it dosen't matter what the rest can't,if they can consent, they can consent,if they can't,it's rape,so ethier way, only the ones that consent and aren't being rapedd are the oens thtat.I'm sorry, that made no sense,I'm having a bad high right now,and I'mboredwiht thisconversation, becauseyoujustrewrit whatyousayoverandovertomakeit soundiffrentwhenallyou'redoingissaying somecan'tsotheyallcan't.Also, you fail to take in account kids fucking kids.

  • story time:

my 11 year old cousin spontaneously decided to crawl under my blanket and intimately jack me off, with no previous suggestion. i happened to be 17 at the time. 17 is younger than 18, which is the age of consent for all you good little law-abiding citizens with no individual views of your own. is she not the "rapist" because shes an 11 year old girl? what would you rabid "i need to identify and compartmentalize everything" silly gooses label that, huh?

  • When we are dealing with consent we have to involve technicality, we can't just use weasel words "some can, alot can actually". Sexual maturity is defined by puberty, once a child has finished that stage, they're sexually mature.

Child sex was prevalent before the 1900s, this was during a time when women had little to no rights. However, during the womens rights movement, child labor laws were reformed and so was the Age of Consent; discrimination against Mormons is a different matter.

  • only if you were being sarcastic. "whatever you say" usually is sarcastic irony.
