  • Well, doctor said that if we don't eat any sugar after dinner and before 12:00 pm we will grow fast, because sugar slows down our growing process. And I know that we grow the most when we sleep so you need at least 9 hours a night of rest, i apply this w....howtogrowtallernaturally.­commmm before i go to sleep and never eat sugar after the dinner. It has been a few months and the results are satisfiying.

  • @TexasGirlll hey..well, i started doing it + healthy nutrition on this year's beginning when i was 15, and i grew up like 1 inch in around 2 months, but after a while, these stretching exercises gets really tiring, so, i stopped it..but i will try again next month..you should do it either, it may work for you :)
