  • can you do these leg workouts with free wieghts....im a pitcher and i really need to get bigger and stronger legs and can you also give me some more workouts to build leg strength

  • Awesome, I love working my legs, but I hate paying for and going to the gym, so I was running out of ideas.

    Question: about how long should I rest between circuits? This looks pretty intense, so I'm guessing 2 minutes would be best. Sound about right, or should I keep it shorter, and rest for only 1 minute?

  • Rest 1 minute if you are highly conditioned....2 minutes if you need a bit more time to recover

  • i like that the demonstrator isnt some guy who does it everyday, and makes it look easy. then makes me feel like shit. i like that guy! lol, he should be in every workout vid!

  • Just finish my 1sy work out at home without weighs. It's different! saves me lots of time traveling back and forth to the gym.
