i like that the demonstrator isnt some guy who does it everyday, and makes it look easy. then makes me feel like shit. i like that guy! lol, he should be in every workout vid!

Just finish my 1sy work out at home without weighs. It's different! saves me lots of time traveling back and forth to the gym.

can you do these leg workouts with free wieghts....im a pitcher and i really need to get bigger and stronger legs and can you also give me some more workouts to build leg strength

You can definitely do these workout with free weights or even a weighted vest for more of a challenge!

Awesome, I love working my legs, but I hate paying for and going to the gym, so I was running out of ideas.
Question: about how long should I rest between circuits? This looks pretty intense, so I'm guessing 2 minutes would be best. Sound about right, or should I keep it shorter, and rest for only 1 minute?

Rest 1 minute if you are highly conditioned....2 minutes if you need a bit more time to recover
