I don't know how anybody can give this any less than five stars, no matter what you do or don't hear in the mix. This video is history in the making, simply amazing. Sure, I'd like to see Jeff shredding, but seeing this much is very cool.

Bullshit. "Talent" is not simply a matter of technical prowess - Yes, Beck is fucking amazing and criminally underrated but To dog Stewart like that is truly ignorant. He's got a great voice, he's got taste and he can entertain.

Kinda funny how when Jeff left the Yardbirds, he got Rod Stewart, and when Jimmy reformed the Yardbirds, he got Robert Plant. Think about if those 2 were switched around, Rod in Zeppelin, and Plant in the Jeff Beck Group. Lmfao

Saw them in 67 or 68 at the Kinetic Theater in Chicago. I believe a band unknown at the time opened up for them.... Peter Greene, Danny Kirwan, and Jeremy Spencer, fronting a blues band with Mick Fleetwood on drums - Fleetwood Mac. But that show the Jeff Beck Group put on was the only thing I witnessed that came close to seeing Hendrix (saw him 3 times). It was jaw dropping.

Yes, I saw this ensemble at the Windsor festival in 1967. I would like to think that I knew at the time I was witnessing music history, but I didn't. I sure as hell know now how lucky I was!
