German shepherds are by far the worlds best guard dogs! No other dog can combine all the traits of power, agility, speed, drive and intelligence all in 1 like a German shepherd!

@regelemufasa You are playing here with words only... I agree with you that this training what they do is not for a real usage (army/police dog) but for dog sports it looks good and is good...

THIS MAY LOOK "GOOD" TO THE UNTRAINED EYE...
1-THIS IS NOT CALLED PROTECTION this can be called playing with that arm thing
Notice how the dog is waving his tail? that shows many things like friendship and willingness to play in no way dose that expresses violence
Look at the dog grabbing that thing and after that not paying any attention to the possible attacker...they grab the toy and leave they are suppose to protect the owner not take that thing and let the owner handle it
