I'm pretty sure that was a D8. May have sunk into the earth, making it look smaller. Tough to tell with all the blackberry growing on it though. That "Y" shaped instrument panel is characteristic of a D8-2U and similar tractors. Two separate cylinder heads is another clue. I'm pretty sure that the D6 has one long cylinder head. Another great vid. Thanks for finding these old machines.

well..that's sad.if they take it to scrapyard then its not a survivor anymore.just a memory ( as you correctly said).

i love old junked out machines , my dad has a old Pc200-3 komatsu way back in the mountains of WV that is junked out. ive never seen it but i plan on it .

@enterBJ40 Well,it survived existence there for decades,but got hauled to the scrapyard a couple weeks ago,and is now just a memory here.
