  • excuse my English I am of Brazilian nature, I know what you mean, but good luck, it is important that you already this strengthens the triceps push-ups with two fingers with a single hand balancing force of the distal common vertical.

    while I'm working to get with only one arm vertically.

  • I can do a 2 fingers planche Push ups,( just 1 or 2 max ) i started doing them like 3 days ago and i know it takes a lot of concentration just standing.

    Good work there on the three fingers Push ups.

  • I actually can do handstands on 4 fingers as well, but I can't do a free stance handstand push up like that. Something with the shoulders xD.

  • holy shit thats incredible need to try them, can already perform pushups on my finger tips but on handstand...insane
