@kinleigh97 yeah it all takes time and practice! I am always working on things :) up up downs will most def force you into a better position. i do those at least every ride.
@Mi5sImPerfect yeah i've been working really hard on all of that, we have been doing half seat to posting to up up downs with and without stirrups so hopefully we will get better soon! and you too! (:
It wouldn't hurt if you stayed in two point a bit longer over the jumps. If you pause at 1.06 (i think) you can see that you come down a bit hard and it makes your leg become less secure. Also your hands open over jumps, gloves help so much! I think your leg slips back quite a bit at a canter as well as over the jumps so maybe you can try lots of no stirrup work! Last thing! don't canter for your horse if that makes any sense. Make sure you aren't pumping forward as you are riding! happy riding!
