Capitol Square Community Based Monitoring f016

This is a good example of when it seems like lots of Strange People go to an area that you are in and they seem to be somewhat coordinated. I went to Town Hall Station and then walked south on George Street to Capital Square which is a computer mall. There are many small computer shops and I had bought things there before.

As I get to the North Entrance to the store next to the Capital Square Hotel the older man with white hair is standing there and looking in my direction. When he sees me and looks at me for a moment to verify he turns around and goes back inside. I do not go in as it seems he is watching me. I walk around building and go to the South entrance. And he is then there.

He has bought an Ice Cream cone and again as soon as he sees me he turns around and walks up the escalator.

In the video you can see that he starts to go left and then decides not to. There are small pathways there and maybe he does not want to be that close to me.

Also in the video you can see a second young stalker type turn away instantly from the camera. He does not step out of the way. Or look at what I am filming. He avoids the camera completely. Then he sees the older man and seems reassured.

The older person in this video works nearby. I think he was texted to look around for me and find out what I was doing or buying. Then the younger stalker could come in and look more the part.
