A tour of El Cajon? Why? Homeless people on every corner - 2nd highest in Methamphetamine distribution under Riverside,CA - Has more section-8 low income apartments than houses - Tons of thugs, gangs and white trash - El Cajon is a freak show at the circus. The most weirdest and mentally ill people you can imagine in one city. Let's not forget has the 2nd highest crime rate in all of SD County right under National City. El Cajon is a total armpit...That's why I moved from there..

Not only is that unfair it's also not true! El Cajon is dealing with the same problems as every city in America. Oh and FYI Meth started in Santee/Lakeside, but it's all east county so let's just lump it all together, right? Just because you couldn't hack it here you want to bad mouth El Cajon? This is MY town and I take pride in it! There's good people making a difference here EVERY day! And I'm one of them! Have a nice day and God bless!

you forgot to show the majority of el cajon,why dont you get off your own quiet little block and show how crime ridden the city really is,show one of the many disputes you see daily,the hookers and whores who you contantly pass on mainstreet,and bums passed out in gutters and doorways clutching a bottle of thunderbird.

hopefully someday,the people will power up and get rid of the black and white trash,if enough people get behind it,they will coward up and go somewhere else.I grew up in Oceanside ,Calif,great place in the 1960's,I live in Palm Coast,Florida now.They just don't allow it here period.People allow their once beautiful city to be taken over,they don't go out at night,only visit certain parts,bull shit,take it back !!!!

@grimmyx I was born at Grossmont Hospital in 1964, raised in El Cajon and lived there all my life until about 3 years ago. I worked for ECPD and I will just say, Fshrguy7 is pretty much right. Although they tried to revamp downtown, people mostly shop at Parkway Plaza. There is more apt's per capita than any other city I know. Very high crime and will never change unless ECPD starts letting their officers crack down on crime instead of kissing butt and being too Politically Correct.

Why lie to poeple? El Cajo sucks ass! I lived in El Cajon from 1976 till 2008. It once was a quet community, in the 70's. A great place to raise a family and call home. Things change, times change. El cajon is a shithole.....Crystal capital of the world. The trolly has brought in a lot of bad elements. Far too many apartments were built and overcrowding added to the probelms. Wht do't you film millar street...and that area of town. Alls you did was film the newest built corner in the city.
