【材料】:絞肉半斤、地瓜粉半斤、薑末半碗、蝦米3大匙、蔥末3大匙、醬油5大匙、雞精1大匙、胡椒粉1小匙、鹽少許
【做法】:
1. 蔥切成蔥花,薑切薑末放入容器中,接著再放入洗淨的蝦米、半斤絞肉和半斤的地瓜粉、醬油、鹽、素基雞、胡椒粉、最後再依序加入少許的水,用手和勻,使餡料成糰。
2. 用紙巾抹上少許的油,均勻塗抹在盤子上避免沾粘。
3. 接著抓取一小糰?料揉捏成圓球狀,將地瓜粉圓仔排在己抹油的盤中,再放入蒸鍋以大火蒸20至25分鐘,即完成這道漳洲有名的家常小吃「地瓜粉圓仔」。
