Streaming Media West 2009 with Dan Rayburn of Streaming Media

We caught up with Dan Rayburn, EVP of Streaming Media at this year's Streaming Media West Conference in San Jose, CA. Dan talks with us about the fact that this year's Streaming Media conference contained a large portion of customers at the show were small and medium sized enterprises that were there to learn more about online video.

"We're covering what online video technologies and platforms are used in the media, entertainment, enterprise, education,and government space in the show"

Rayburn talks to us about trends that he observed at the Streaming Media West 2009 Conference.

"Technology is great... but the bottom line is that it has to provide value. The great thing about the show is that we've really changed the shows focus over the last couple years from not just focusing on only technology aspects, but business.... How can you use it and how can you see real world results."
