I think it's great that you made a list of fun things that you want to do over the summer. If the book, Room, that you mentioned is Room by Emma Donoghue, then definitely read it! I am currently in the middle of it now, and it so so good! Have a great summer.

pt 2-- Your book list sounds fun! Be careful of being triggered<3 Maybe read Portia de Rossi book with a friend? I've never tried that, but maybe it willl "keep you out of your head" (I know mine is not always the safest place to be.)
And Hmm…! :)One thing *I* neglect that I’ve recently decided to pay attention to is: stretching! 15 minutes or so a day (maybe while watching TV, before bed or waking up.) It is so healthy!
Looking forward to your updates, Michelle. You look good!<3

pt 1-- Aw my name's Kim and I'm from America! :D I love your bangs. Our summers are opposite (ALTHOUGH I am on a 4-day break from uni for Thanksgiving!) but your summer sounds amazing!
Congrats on getting through exams. I know that’s big!
I agree that our mental health should not be neglected. I think it’s both a “chore” (like exercising at the gym for physical health) and also a delight (treating yourself, perhaps, to a fav. food!)—that balance!
But good: Nurture all parts of your health!

Cute hair!
Unbearable lightness was great (just finished it), but it could be triggering.

It fills me with so much JOY to hear you speak so positively about life and recovery and everything. It's so good to hear, and you're filling us all with so much hope that life can be good and healthy and complete. Sending you lots of love from this rather grey, drizzly Welsh capital! Haha, it's really nice to be back in Cardiff, though, so I'm not complaining. Besides, I kinda love rain! xxxx

Haha in that light I can actually see your sunburn now xD Oh dear, that'll so be me in 2 months! I don't read that many books in English these days but one I read over the summer is Holy Fools by Joanne Harris (who wrote Chocolat) - it's bloody brilliant. Ever so slightly too long for me, but that's probs because I have a very short attention span lol, and the fact that I read all of it despite the length is a testament to how good it is! MWAH x

Unbearable Lightness is really amazing. A little triggering as she goes on about calories and weights but if you're ok with the numbers then it's a fabulous read :)
