@SuperiorGuitars Well, as I say, you can only have so many variations within a certain range of a few notes, similarities will happen. For example, what metal band HAS NOT muted open strings?

@SleepingOnRoof Agree. First thing I thought of was Pantera, when I heard that one riff. (It's very hard to ignore.) The rest of the song is quite different.

Bro there are millions of riffs out there, many of them sounding similar, it can be fairly similar I will admit but not EXACTLY the same.
