Garry's Mod Effects Tutorial #5: Greenscreen 101

After a long time, I'm back and here to stay!
Expect more regular tutorials and I've decided to change it up a bit and actually voice over the tutorial along with the good ol on-screen notes! Have fun!

I think there is already a material that's perfectly white called debugwhite, it may be wiremod though I'm not sure.

It comes with more materials mod BUT even though it's white, it glows quite bright which makes it bad for greenscreening...

sorry for the really stupid question but im not a pro or anything..how do you make the pointer/laser thingy from the physics gun NOT appear in videos? gain sorry for the noob question

hold q, go to settings, hiding and uncheck "draw physgun beams"

There's a neat toybox ent called the cinema helper that can hide your kill-cons (even though usually you could just mask them out, but it's useful for those with lesser editing programs =P )
