    as far as Family matters, that show was good up to the point when they replaced judy! the show was all over the place after that. once urkel started cross dressing and switching from Myrtle to Stephan I was officially done with the show. it was too much shit going on and the quality of the show went downhill after like 1996! that's why Family Matters never had a "Proper" Series finale!

    I'll have to disagree: Family Matters, Waynes Brothers, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, and the notable Hanging with Mister Cooper were considered the best black shows in the 90s, none of them debuted on UPN..
