Great, gritty British drama. It got better with each season. John Thaw's cynical beaten down by the system Maverick Reagen was incredible!

Sorry, mate, but you know that it will be lame, hopeless crap -Like every other 'remake' they do.
I don't know what's gone wrong, but on both sides of the Atlantic, cinema has just turned to shit.
Perhaps it's a 'generation' thing, I really don't know...
