the jet at 0:29 is an american f-16 not soviet,and if its such a great air force then why did it get almost completely wiped out during the nato led war in 1999.keep in mind only one american jet was shot down and that was a f-117 that was hit by ground fire not a fighter jet.dont get me wrong there good pilots but the best in the world,not even close

@metalfrommaine F-117 was first schooted down by Serbians and no one country doesn't have that plane in her possetion(crashed) only Serbians have in our Museum..You prabobly don't know about Yugoslavian prodject about new plane called "Yugoslavian Supersonic multipractic plane fourth generation"because in that time Yugoslavia was only imports planes from other countries...Nothing else..and they come and fuck up Yugoslavia like every country they hate ....Facking NATO AND AMERICANS !!!

@metalfrommaine do you look for aircrafts that are shoot down but nato and us dont recognise that.B-2A Spirit of Misouri was shoot down and about 15+ aircrafts and 70+ UAV and 10+ apache helicopters.new spirit of misouri was made in 2008.one american general say that nobody knows what happen in 99.my uncle was in AA squadron and he say that they shootdown 5 f-16.only one AA squadron

@metalfrommaine F117A,F16C and B2...also many of them crashed or landed in bad conditions in Croatia,Bosnia,Albania,Macedon­ia....etc.And about pilots....tell me who was the best pilot on last Euro comptetition,Miodrag Ristic,is he American,German,Italian,or Croatian like you?!No he is Serbian!

@metalfrommaine many of the planes that nato shoot down was just after takeoff and they fired there missles from long range. BVR 4 f-18 and 2 f-16 vs 3 mig-29 ? now was that fair and plus anit rader missles knock out there radar so there was no early warning. one way the airforce know was from reports of jet flying over towns with that in mind serbia did shoot down fa-18 and heilcopters.

I think Serbia could use some Mil-24 / 35 Hinds. Very survivable. The SU-25 "frog foot" would make a good ground attack aircraft, and the SU-47 excellent for air superiority. Any aircraft the Serbs buy would need to be rough field capable, unless their doctrine has changed a lot. Most western produced aircraft require improved run ways.
