I don't believe in the themes of this video, but i enjoyed it and +liked it anyway. it was interesting and entertaining. I've never seen a ghost, but i believe in them anyway...

City Hill is one of the oldest parts of Canberra, I think zenith stars play a role here. Vega is the zenith star of Washington D.C., some think the eagle holding the shield on the great seal is it and is on the floor of the oval office. The foundation stone of Canberra that is outside of the new parliament house was originally located 82ft left of its present location where it pointed towards Vega in a radial line from the center of capital hill...

@sunjasper correction: foundation monument (also shaped as a hexagon) may have been 82ft right of the present location pointing to where Vega rises.
