They already do it here in the UK. Thanks to our NHS.... illegal immigrants get free healthcare and often go to the front of the queue. Infact in my local doctors clinic (in East London) all the leaflets are written in Arabic, Sudanese, Urdu... I couldn't even find a leaflet written in English! Its madness!
