Lao Xayaburi Dam_Fish Fight (Vietnamese Language) 1of2

Don't ask me what they are talking about. Anyone dares to translate in Lao, Thai or English? To save fish, maybe Laos should consider Nuclear Power Plant instead... hummm?

All I know is that they don't want Laos to build the Dam because:
1. According to a World Wildlife Fund (WWF) report, the Xayaburi dam would drive the already critically endangered Mekong Giant Catfish (Pangasianodon gigas) to extinction.
2. According to a study conducted by WWF and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, and coordinated by the WorldFish Center, there are 229 fish species whose spawning and migratory patterns would be affected by a
