When you go back into Vault 101 you find things have changed quite a bit
The medical quality has dropped quite a fair way as well

(for those who havn't played fallout) andy is a character that can't really do much as you find out when he breaks your cake at your 10th birthday so why he's the doctor who knows =D

Not since the latest update no. I just brought a new computer and purchased the game officially but before I got my new computer I was running a pirated version because my old computer could barley play it. The pirated version crashed every hour or so.
