Apprentice Challenge II: Project #3 -The CHFA Foreclosure Prevention Challenge

Metropolitan State College of Denver student participants worked closely with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and their non-profit partners to continue to improve their foreclosure prevention efforts. The goal of this project was to create a marketing or outreach plan to encourage homeowners facing foreclosure in Douglas County to seek the free counseling services available through state and federal resources.
