There's a cheat code that you do at the screen before you press start, if you do it it allows you to use the skins without having to beat the game first. I can't remember it...just search it

@MeGaDBOrDeN Once you complete the campaign you are able to change costumes in the campaign.

@Wortoncho You have to go through the subway, back to the bottom of the tower, and then work your way back up again. The suit was a pre-order bonus but should be available Dec. 4th as DLC as part of the Batman Skins pack, this price should be $4.99.
I was giving a bunch of these skins away when the game launched, if you'd like you should subscribe and check out my upcoming videos. I tend to often have giveaways and I also do a news show that might interest you.
