It's interesting watching this in a playlist, coming from videos with people complaining about how fucked up America is; well yes the US has lots of problems but at least there isn't the constant fear of public baby rape.

Dear Nadine, deep deep deep work as usual.
It is a pity that organizations such as the Cape Film Commission is largely apathetic to the role that films , like yours , play.
As a daddy of an 11 year old girl , this doccie really unsettles, but then again the unsettling leads to action in the hearts and consciences of the receptive....right?
Keep on making films.
May you go from strength to strength.

yea, or baby rape town. A large portion of the rapes are targeted at children under seven and each children under 3, just read the wikipedia article. /wiki/Sexual_violence_in_South_Africa#Baby_rape_and_sexual_violence_against_minors

lol, you are just joking right? Capetown is the rape capitol of the entire world, women are raped like 7 times a year there. It has nothing to do with apartheid.

It's strange, when you hear of all these horrible things happening in places like this you sympathize, you feel horrible for all the wrongs that are happening in the world. But when you encounter video like these, you don't feel sympathy for these kids. Well, I'm sure it's there. But what you mostly feel is what they're going through. I'm sure I'll never feel what that girl felt at an enormity, but I felt that fear, I felt that wariness. I'm glad that new York times posted this.
