Sooooo tired today, and I think that comes across loud and clear in this video :/ Oh dear (I'm actually making a lot of typos here, which I'm catching, thankfully; good grief, such a long day). Please do bear with me and try to overlook any points where I lose track or just don't make sense. Have pity on me! But yes, progress made! That's always good :D
Here's a little bit of what I did today:
----
Cole could not remember the selection of the pack's graveyard, only that it had been a lengthy, important process after their arrival. As he sat on the grass, legs crossed beneath him as he thought, beside where Sebastian would be laid to rest that night, he wove his mind back through the years as his hands knitted before his mouth, elbows against his knees, pensive furrow to his brow and distant light in his eyes.
He had been a boy when they had first arrived at the manor, still several months away from his first change. There was little memory of that time, everything blurred and smeared together, fine details lost in a sea of confusion. His early childhood had been simple enough, Cole could remember that; his parents had been respected fighters for many years, fully devoted to the pack and loyal without fault. Cole remembered Jebediah losing his eye in that brutal fight against enemies from beyond their borders and then his parents had risen through the ranks without challenge. There had been no others fit to assume the role of Betas. It was not long after that when the memories wavered and then dropped away completely.
Green eyes closed completely and at first it was an almost peaceful pose, thoughtful, yes, but without tension or darkness. His eyes closed tighter and that was when the picture shifted, that furrow in his brow changing, becoming harsher as he battled against that blankness, that expanse of emptiness in his mind that should not have existed. Time and time again Cole tried to remember, and each attempt was met with bitter failure, a foul taste sitting heavily in the back of his mouth and a distinct ache trembling down his back, the weighty feeling of dissatisfaction and very faint distress lingering around him, as though the very air were pressing in on him from all sides.

Stick with me, everyone, and I hope to see much more of you in the coming days. We can get there :D Until tomorrow! HEARTS!
It helps that I created the character in 2006, I think that went a long way towards me getting what I've got in terms of word count :O
