@birmingham1010 I basically pulled the window up but I had to push the up button as well because it won't go all the way up even with my help. Even I pulled it all the way up, it kept sliding by itself. I think there's going to be a thunderstorm tonight too.. that's why I put that tape on the glass and a bit on the car door too.

We're supposed to replace that thing that you took out at 2:00? What if we wanted to roll the window all the way up electrically (like your car) but it rolls up only half way? The window slides down by itself to a halfway mark.

I put plenty of tape clear white tape from Home Depot (I don't have duct tape but it's the same size) on my window because nothing is open right now to get it fixed. Do you know if that will hold the window in its place since it looks like it's going to rain?

excellent video.i have a 1986 lincoln towncar and the driver window goes into bind and then the door panel pops when i try to lower or raise it the vent works fine, whats happening? can it be fixed?
