  • This was really well done; no patronizing comments; just real. I was touched indeed. The misinformed judgments and verdicts with no authority that permeate our society really is more dangerous as it blinds us all to what we can do to help.

  • @PreparednessPro Thank you! Absolutely. Wherever we are experiencing frustration with another people group it's not a bad idea to walk in their shoes and experience their pain and social barriers. It's one of the few ways, perhaps the only way, to experience true empathy, which in turn creates the most effective sustained action for change.

  • If I were to be homeless again I would maintain a scooter take it out in the wilderness and set camp there. That is what I did when I was in Ga working I worked all day. I rode out to the interstate rode my bike down the gully then up into the woods I didnt have a fire it was summer but I had a tent and a flashlight I slept well went to work next day.Met some locals they allowed me to pitch in their back yard and let me shower too. It worked for me I would allow a camper in yard if they worked.

  • @cdltpx Sounds like quite the adventure. That's awesome that you would reciprocate to others like that. Just being in that type of situation (e.g. immersing in that lifestyle you described) opened you up to others in that situation. That's what immersion does! It opens us up to those who are different. Way cool.

  • You captured some great video. I'm glad Neil Bryce was so positively affected by his experience. I couldn't agree more. Immersion with Break & Transform International is one of the best things I have ever done. I would challenge anyone to 'take the plunge' ! YOU will be amazed at how much your life changes for the better. Amazing stuff. Thanks Nick Bundra.

  • @inWHATLANGUAGE Thank you for the amazing endorsement. Immersion is really one of the simplest principles for change but also one of the most difficult to live. It's amazing what happens when we stop thinking that we are better than others. It's something we would never say, but it's something we daily show by valuing our safety and comfort more than that of others.

  • @cdltpx yep, we returned the bag, none the worse for the wear. Regarding the death comment, that's kind of the mentality we're trying to dispel. They aren't different than us and when people treat them with respect, they certainly reciprocate. Collectively speaking, our attitudes are more dangerous than any homeless people.

  • That location you would be better to take a pick to the land dig out a hole then streatch a hammock across that so you don't sleep on the ground. If you are truly grateful wash the bag and return it. It is good that you are out there with them this way if they come under attack you can record all of your deaths. I never leave home without my gun especially if I were to go into a situation like that. I fear for them due to youth that beat them up for sport or cops that go rogue and harm them.

  • @REVenturesLLC Thank you! There sure is something powerful about removing anything that insulates us from others. It's a powerful, simple principle that we can apply with astounding success in almost any relationship! It really does transform ourselves and others.

  • Neil & Nick,

Excellent and eye-opening video. I appreciate anyone's efforts to immerse themselves into an experience that will let them grow. You should be proud of your efforts. You walked in another person's shoes without judgment.

    GOD Bless!
