  • @Overlord807 He's now 83, so one might not want to hear him sing/ play (though I've not found anything relating to his health). My Dad bought his album, "That Was the Year That Was" in 1965. Age 13, was the only one of 5 children who enjoyed listening to it; I kept it.. My Dad died in the same year, but I treasure this album. The cover is bright orange, white and black, w/Tom Lehrer portrayed as a 'devil in a black suit,' huge grin, sitting at an enormous grand piano. A true genius of satire.

  • @DiaboloMootopia This version is almost exactly the same as his version recorded in 1965 as "That Was The Year That Was". The tempo was the same.

  • Who's next? Djabouti... It's real, I swear!

  • I wish he would write more songs and come back on the TV

  • i must agree. well, at least there's 6funswede's versions of the song.

  • Great song but he played it much too fast this type, especially evident in the Egypt section.

  • so funny

  • Who's next? Them! *pointing towards the stars*

  • Oh, how nice. Thank you very much indeed ;-)
