Gosh!! This is damn tough. But a really superb demo of Padmasan. Tried it today. The muscles at thigh-groin hurt terrifically on placing the foot there. Must strengthen these muscles too. How? Could manage to do Ardth Padmasan but my left knee is not very happy - it does a little karak-karak as if the joint fluid is a little less. I hope this cross-legged posture of Padmasan won't harm the knee joint?
