Mike is well known in Midwifery circles in the west country. I have collegues who trained along side him during his degree course. Of course you can check his status at the Nursing and Midwifery Council if you are concerned as all Midwifes are registered there.

I must be honest, last Summer, Linda wanted a home water birth and cos I'm a plumber, I took some time off, I'd just fitted a top-of-the range B&Q jacuzzi we thought we'd christen it. Obviously, Mike wasn't that familiar with it, didn't ask me, and thought he'd turned the drain plug. Soon as I heard the motor and the bubbles and what with my wife's tummy trouble, it was all a bit much.

Now be fair, Tim, tell the truth, we did have a laugh about it afterwards, and fortunately it was still under guarantee so you were able to take it back and get a new one. Pity you coudln't do the same with Linda! Only joking, 'spct she soon got her weight down! Cracking pair. I mean you and Linda!!!!
