It´s a honor for me to read such nice things u say to me Diuretic , thanks a lot ! However I´m still thinking I´m not a good " slapper " , anyway in my opinion the most important thing on this it´s to find ur own style when u play and never forget what the bassplayer is made for . The most important thing is to work as a net for your band in totally sinchronicity with the drummer and get ur own sound+style .Promise again to upload more funny , and better recorded stuff .... best regards :)

Hi mate ! right it´s a burl top . You can see a copy of my bassguitar on http://www.jerzydrozdbasses.co­m/prodigy_le.htm .The only change I made to Jerzy for me is a High polish finish cause normally he finish this kind of instruments with an oil finish , Ive prefered the high polish... matter of tastes ;o)

i really want to get a 6 string but i'm worried about the string spacing on a 6 string being too tight to slap on. Did it take you a while to adjust to the string spacing or did it come naturally for you?

Well , my bass it´s a handcrafted one, a Jerzy Drozd LE (only 75 units ), so Jerzy made it for me according my size´s hands and fingers , However in a 6 strings bass the spaces are thinner between them ( 14,5 milimeters , I dunno how much is in inches )Anyway with practice you can slap as normal like a 4 o 5 string bass. see what im liking the most about this is ur clean clean technique. on ur left hand ur fingers barely leave the board or go out of posistion which is impressive because most bassists dont apply that to their playing. also even though the sound quality is a little bad u can still tell that ur geting really clean slaps. deffintaly get my props
