  • Is the highly-tarry compound of bio-oil usable in (old) diesel engines as-is ?

  • Hey guys that was an awesome presentation. Forest bio-refining is a little talked about technology that if applied could really help out in the west where our forests are overgrown and catching on fire all the time. The problem always seems to be the costs associated with transporting the biomass to the plant. With that said have either of you heard of any developments of mobile fast pyrolysis? I saw this mobile unit on the news but didn't remember the name. It's mounted on an 18 wheeler...
