We hope to ride Amtrak to Jacksonville, FL from South Bend, IN.I have actually never ridden Amtrak in my life. Our trips to Chicago were always on the Chicago South Bend South Shore Railroad. Nice video!

how long did it take i know we went to new orleans from bham last summer it was like 7 hours but that was because our train was ragedy lol and kept stopping in the middle of no where several times for maintenence

Oh you're making me want to ride the train again! The last time I took Amtrak was from Atlanta to Washington DC. on a holiday weekend and I swore never again. But, next time I'll try it on a less crowded weekend. -Jim
