In Iraq, an arrest warrant for Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi was issued citing terrorism charges recently. A day later, a series of bomb attacks claimed tens of lives, and just today another set of bomb attacks, resulting in many casualties, targeting Shias.

Is Iraq facing a sectarian crisis? Does the recent spate of violence have to do with Americans so-called troop withdrawal, or is there foreign interference? President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nuri Al Maliki need to figure out ways of resolving these problems.

  • Maybe Jalal Talabani and Nuri Al Maliki need to prosecute the Shiites who were complict in the Kurdish genocide and the killing of Sunni Muslim and Iraqi Christians...
