This is my unrestored 1927 Ford Model TT one ton truck with a Weaver hand crank auto crane or better known as a wrecker. I started this truck for the first time since 1941 when this video was shot. The engine has its original cast iron pistons and has never been out of the truck. The truck also has a rare Universal inline three speed transmission mounted in front of the rear worm gear. I changed the carburetor from the original vaporizer style to a more reliable NH style and add a modern distributor rather than use the wooden coils. This truck has been a real joy.
Very nice! I have never seen a T with a distributor before, is that a kit?
I have a 26 TT as well, and I wanted to put a Weaver in the back of it too, I daily drive a 36 GMC with a weaver and I love it!
