i have a question you like everything about the person who wants to marry you as in has deen,, knowing he will take care of you but when it comes to age or looks .... knowing the person looks older for his age...based on that do you have the right to reject.

@Herman47 If what the husband tells the wife is against Allah, she can't obey him. Anyway, she's not beaten up randomly. She's given chances to listen to him. i.e. he's already told her not to do something and she's blantly ignored him. If she still continues, he has to sleep in a different bed. If she still continues he has to hit her lightly not making a mark.

And who precisely determines what Allah's command actually is, the husband right? So if she disagrees that she is violating Allah's command, she still gets beaten. Why have a god who favors one sex over the other (Koran 4:34)? Can you use your own imagination to derive a god better than the god (Allah) of Muhammad's imagination? Do you like Muhammad regard women as inferior to men? Are all men smarter than all women?
