wow, some really strange comments here. since when did "quirky & odd" become such an offensive thing to say? I would even say it's a bit of a compliment unless you think stiff and boring is the way to go. And when she's says it takes a long time for her to get to Homer she probarbly means from her home in TEXAS,. I would say that's a bit of a travel. You haters really need to relax.

real alaskan chicks don't need men. they don't shave their armpits nor their legs, they don't shop at REI, they wear bulky wool sweaters, maybe shower every other week, and they go dancing in bunny boots. you won't find them living in a VW van in San Diego, either.
