The Clerk incorrectly calls Mr. Space's vote, and we don't hear Ms. Gillibrand's or Mr. McNerny's votes called, but that's how the vote ended.

After the 5th vote switch, McNulty, gaveled the vote closed, which meant Republicans won 215-213. Afterwords, then 3 Democrats changed their votes:
