@Aqua1222 Yeah. I'm not sure about the SP reduction, but I do remember Reala's enchant... simply by virtue of the fact that I used it to break hi-ougi so many times :P

@Aqua1222 Reala has an action enchant for her spells that increases SP. I think there are ways of reducing the SP requirement though...

I thought for Lv 4 enchant, you needed 98% SP, and half of your TP?

It is a trick, which uses an extention on magic to increase TP by 10% for all party members, and you need 100% TP to do your hi-ougi, so he releases the held spell right when the Hiougi would activate so to increases back to 100%. Its the only way to repeat-spam Hi-ougis without Spirit Blaster. This requires FLAWLESS timing for the release of the spell, its harder then you think.. just try it.
