OK I've just checked and I've only got one file of this track. I can only think there must have been some fluff on the needle when I recorded it. My record collection has since been sold so I can't record it again sorry.

@songsamsung OK , I've listened to it again and yes, there's definitely some top end missing. Not sure why but I'll look into it. Will get back to you.

@IdleAl It was produced by Mick Glossop, one of England's most respected pop producers. I recorded it from the vinyl using a Michell Focus One turntable with a Grado cartridge through a Rotel amp. I can only play it on my laptop now but I can't hear anything wrong with it. When did you last get your ears cleaned?

@songsamsung I wasn't....read what I said...."good song"! Probably not the band's fault it sounds so under produced. Come on then, what sort of sound system do I have? Oh I know....but you don't....another tick in the box for the hard of thinking!!

if you like this check out the powerpearls comp lp's. this song is one of them. there is also a band from atlanta named the donkeys also. it is not this group. this song kicks ass.
