It's good to get this info out their. (I'm already a CCW holder though) You should also do one about non CCW holders rights as well. People don't know what their rights as Americans are and its a damn shame. Love when people start quoting the legality of things they know nothing about. The lenght of knives or how you must transport weapons etc. (which is my fav)
Love the fact everything is done in Crayons. It makes everything seem less intimidating...

Why does anyone feel this great urge to tell a cop you're armed? I was pulled over 2 years ago doing 20 mph over the limit with my gun under the seat. The cop just asked where i was going so I told him. You are under no obligation to say anything at all, but to keep it friendly, answer and keep it civil. He gave me a warning ticket since i have a good record. I always stay within the limit on that road now. Good cop.

No carrying guns where there will be lots of cops, some cops, or a cop. Cops don't like your guns, they like their guns. Cops are very nervous people. Cops harass people daily like evil step fathers and are protected by "qualified immunity" to do so. So, no guns where you MAY see a cop as they will be afraid of you and won't be in COMPLETE and utter power. Oh and NO GUNS in my house because I'm the only one that can have a gun in MY HOUSE, or you will die! Good Day and remember. Shoot to kill.

You said an FL druvers license is required in addition to a CCW permit. What ablut a holder of a FL permit who lives in another state (non-resident FL permit)?
