@kallukasaikabap now i did another stupidity instead of using the stock tapet i am using bullets tapet set in thunder bird...which was customized on Lathe machine because bullets tapit rod is thicker....the mechanic advised me that this will be a good choice because bullets tapets are heavy and will wear out slowly...please advise me whenever it is possible regarding this issue.....thanks

thank you for giving me your valuable time.....and knowledge.
sir i have recently done a customization on my bike which in my opinion is just a waste (i changed my silencer with a bsa gold star silencer and the sound was amazing but it costed me my timing gear...i think its because i didnt changed the air fiter neither i changed the jet in the carb neither i tuned the carb...one of the tapi 's was worn out and the timing gear which is close to the exost pipe...if you can imagin was also spoiled)

let's have a race with my RD
Dear sir.
can you tell me what can i do to improve my bikes performence?
I own a royal enfield thunderbird, the company claims that it's top speed is 120 but i have a serious doubt on that claim, i have only managed to ride it in 105 and i have an experience of riding it since last 5 years

@kallukasaikabap I am sorry but we havent built a performance kit for the leanburn engine. The only advice I can give you on the 350 lean burn engines is to swap your current head pipe and silencers with one of the old 350cc bullet short bottle setups and get a free flowing air intake. After tuning the carburetor for the increase in airflow, you will have more power. If you want more highway cruising speed, then get a counter shaft sprocket that is 1 tooth more than what you currently have.
