she is just crazy i think

Also they only charged her with second degree murder and they should've given her first degree life in prison. Seems the government is letting all the psycho bitch killers off easy lately huh, gee I feel so safe. This is bullshit, what if it was your little girl?

Dumbasses. She wrote in her journal that she enjoyed doing it and she was digging a grave three days in advance. It was premeditated and laughed about it and went to a church dance right after. It's bullshit they give her possibility of parole. She enjoyed killing a small child her YouTube profile listed "killing people" as a hobby. Also in her journal when referring to the murder she used plural form which makes me believe she killed another. She said "I killed them, I slit their throat" etc..

This is so sick. How dare she.

@kantwinnada :D That last sentence was masterful...I try not to laugh at serious things, but that was funny...

@YosefSkato If you're just gonna hand out the death penalty to people who confess, you'll just end up giving killers assisted suicide. And you should try to do some research on the judicial costs for capital punishment. And your talk of layers of hell makes me think you're trolling (and work a lot in adobe programs).

@Piatasify Well you just have to be 100% sure and in this case she even confessed.. I don't think death penalty its more expensive then keeping a person in jail for the rest of his life.. Death penalty actually helps the killer.. because there's no prize for a human life.. you can't pay you sin by life in jail.. but its life for life.. so his soul can rest in peace and maybe can be forgiven.. and not go to the 7th level of hell. maybe he can at least go to the 3th level or something

@YosefSkato It's not that simple. Once you got a death penalty, you're taking huge risks, not just by having the possibility to wrongly sentence someone while meaning well, but giving that much power to a system that is ultimately run by humans. It's also way too expensive. And don't bring religion into this, the only people it could possibly help are the loved ones of the victim. They're the only ones with the right to mention it, it's sick if anyone else does.

@Piatasify What are you talking about.. Death penalty its the right thing.. its the only way that girl can be forgiven by God.. life for life..

@KaiLuck and then after a year or two of therapy shes set free happy to continue her life while the murdered girls family suffer for ever more. Seems a tad unfair to me ?
how the hell can you confess to something THEN plead NOT guilty??? WTF if you tell them I just wanted to know what it was like guess what you should find out from both sides... kill this worthless sack of bones.

she confessed. Then her lawyer(s) told her to plead not guilty. That way they have some leverage to make a deal. I have no idea what Missouri law is in regards to the death penalty for minors even if they are tried as adults. She found out what it feels like to kill someone, now she needs to find out what it is like to die.
